Today on the Planted With Light Podcast, I’m talking with Mt Maunganui NZ based creative director and designer, Beks Anderson from the beautiful women’s boutique footwear company, Chaos and Harmony.
In this episode, we talk about some challenges she has faced living in a smaller country like NZ, the benefits of collaboration, and having a retail space. Beks shares why the future and the concept of possibility really inspires her.
Beks talks about why it’s important to be transparent about where Chaos & Harmony shoes are made, and who is making them. We talk about ways her company gives back to charities that are close to their heart.
We also talk about why she thinks her career has become BROADER after having children (she is currently on maternity leave with her second child who is only a few weeks old)!
She also shares her intentional decision to take guilt completely out of the picture.
Beks has an awesome life philosophy. I found myself nodding and smiling the whole way through the interview with her. Please let me know your thoughts on this episode by leaving a comment below. I hope you enjoy! x
